Green Chile Cheeseburger

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef Serloin

  • 3/4 lb. Ground beef chuck

  • 6 slices cheese of your choice

  • 3/4 cup of jarred or canned hatch green chiles

  • 6 hamburger buns toasted

  • 1 Tbls BURGER BOSS

Directions

Step 1

Heat grill on med-high heat.

Step 2

Combine Sirloin & chuck ground beef and form into 6 patties. Sprinkle both sides with Burger Boss.

Step 3

Grill burgers to the temp you would like and top each with a slice of cheese. Cover and cook 3 more mins or until melted. Top each burger with 2 tablespoons green chiles. Serve on buns and enjoy!
