Ingredients



  • 1.5 tablespoons of PIT PERFECTION

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground pork

  • 3 slices bacon (diced & uncooked)

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

Directions

Step 1

In large bowl combine Pit Perfection, pork, and bacon.

Step 2

Scoop out 1/4 cup of pork mixture & flatten to create small patties. Should be able to form about 16 patties.

Step 3

Heat oil in large skillet and cook over medium heat. Add sausage patties and cook until browned; about 2-3 mins each side.
